The tour will feature both One Day Internationals (ODIs) and T20 International (T20I) matches, each featuring three matches of their kind. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has declared the tour schedule of this series, which will be a much-awaited one for cricket fans from both countries.

The six-match series will start with the ODIs between the dates August 17 to 23, 2025. The first two ODIs will be hosted in Mirpur at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium. The first ODI will be held on August 17, followed by the second ODI on August 20. The final ODI of the series will be hosted in Chattogram on August 23.

Following the ODIs, the T20I series will get underway in Chattogram on August 26. The last two T20I games will be staged in Mirpur on August 29 and 31, 2025. It will be India's first-ever bilateral T20I series against Bangladesh in Bangladesh, and that makes it all the more special for the fans.

This tour is especially historic because it witnesses India coming back to Bangladesh for a complete series of top international cricket. According to Nizam Uddin Chowdhury, the CEO of the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the series is one of the biggest events on the home cricket calendar. He added that India's triumph in all the formats has created a high benchmark in global cricket, and the series will provide fans of both nations with an opportunity to witness some thrilling games. He further believed that the combat between India and Bangladesh would be as intense and competitive as it has been in the past few years.

India's squad is to arrive in Dhaka on the 13th of August and will stay there until they depart on September 1, 2025. The players will be eagerly anticipating establishing their good record against Bangladesh, and the fans will be waiting to see which team wins the matches.
